Return & Refund Policy

At Vipul Trading Company, customer satisfaction is our priority.

- Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are damaged, expired, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

- Any return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- Perishable items, dairy products, fresh fruits & vegetables, and opened food products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit within 5–7 business days.

- Vipul Trading Company reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
